My top 5 CodeCanyon Plugins

Having implemented and run over a dozen Wordpress sites in all configurations, I've come to access CodeCanyon as a repository of premium plugins.

Here are my Top 5 CodeCanyon Plugins.

Sometimes, free is just not good enough and with frequency of updates coming out of premium plugin developers, its easy to keep up with industry changes like Twitter OAuth implementation. Not saying that all that is free is not great. Some plugins like Yoast's Wordpress SEO just can't be beat.

Visual Composer

Visual Composer is a drag and drop page builder for your Wordpress site. You can generate multiple page layouts without any programming. It has over 40 different predefined elements that you can just drag and drop into place. It’s extendible with Premium addons and skins, has language packs and can be used with any theme.

EventON

EventON is a calendar plugin for Wordpress. Cleverly design, EventON integrated with your website adding features like images, maps, short codes and widgets. I’ve tried this and had it up and running within minutes. Adding events is a breeze and its no-fuss interface provides flexibility as well as simplicity. It’s extendible with multiple addons, mobile friendly and lightweight.

MyMail

Ever tried sending newsletters? Composing them is the biggest headache. Now with MyMail, and some cool themes, you can have a fully functional and automated newsletter plugin built-in to your Wordpress site. This one is fully featured, offering tracking, scheduling, auto responders, responsiveness and dynamic tags. And it’s retina friendly.

Wordpress Social Stream

WSS combines all your social network interactions into a single network stream, great for your blog. It supports, 15 social networks including Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, and about 60 feed options. It’s fully customisable and well documented.

Ubermenu

Ubermenu 2.0, is not the biggest of the mega menu’s but its definitely the smartest and most flexible. It’s user-friendly, customisable and responsive. Works out of the box in Wordpress 3, light and powerful enough for creating highly customisable menu configurations.

There you go. My top 5 CodeCanyon Plugins that come highly recommended. Tinker around.
