New Beginnings
Another year has gone by. Many things done. Milestones achieved. Memories and moments captured. Some treasured, some let go.
Hello, 2014. And happy new year to all.
Moments have told stories, stories that engage our hearts and our minds. Some stand out from the rest and are like milestones on our lives travelled. It becomes difficult then to let go of such moments and they end up like an anchor weighing us down.
Just like ships, anchors prevent us from moving ahead. Yes, it’s time to take stock of our life, our jobs and our future. But be done with it as quickly as possible and do not dwell in in too much. What’s done, is done and gone. There’s no need to look back.
This month’s theme is New Beginnings. Obvious, but simple to start the year.
